Shipping and Return Policies


Domestic Shipping Information

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your item to ship. Once your order is shipped, you will receive and email from the United States Postal Service with your tracking information.

International Shipping Information

We also ship to a select few countries outside the United States. If you are outside the United States and your country is not included at checkout, please email us for a custom quote or, visit MegaVoice for a list media centers in your country or visit Please know other vendors pricing is not the same as our pricing. Please contact them directly for their pricing.


We do not offer players for test or trial purposes and do not provide refunds, but do provide replacements for faulty players within one year of your purchase date. Players damaged or modified by customer in any way cannot be replaced freely. If you cancel an order after it has shipped or refuse delivery of an order and the undamaged player is returned in working condition, we can refund the cost of the player only. Domestic orders in the United States have an included $7 for priority shipping - this amount cannot be refunded.

We cannot refund or replace freely orders that have been shipped to the correct address and tracking shows confirmed delivery by the post office. Please contact your local mail carrier or post office to dispute confirmed delivery confirmations. After this, you may contact us to see if we can further assist you.
